The law enforcement veteran explains everything wrong with this week’s potential arrest of former President Donald Trump and encourages police officers to defy arrest orders.

As the nation braces for one of the most politicalized and weaponized tactics in the history of The United States of America, the local Manhattan DA Briggs is issuing an indictment against former 45th President Donald Trump for alleged criminal activity involving a payoff (hush money) from political campaign funds to “Stormy Daniels.” 

The indictment alleges that Trump attempted to maintain silence of an alleged affair decades ago that might have negative consequences during Trump’s successful 2016 Presidential campaign.

Experts on such matters say it’s not illegal to pay money to keep a matter confidential, and multiple agencies correctly refused to arrest the President for it previously.

But the Biden administration is pulling out all the stops in an unprecedented weaponization law enforcement to create a two-tier justice system, one that unabashedly protects Democrats and persecuting Republicans. Since when should a purported decades-old potential be worse than Joe and Hunter Biden’s laptop affair?

Sadly, Law Enforcement will likely now be placed in the cross hairs of this untenable position of being ordered to arrest a former United States President.

Joining us in this discussion is Michael Letts, a law enforcement veteran with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Q&A:

1. What would you say is the big problem with what Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is doing with this potential charge?

District Attorney Alvin Bragg is a George Soros-funded Democrat who is attempting to utilize a federal matter that was already declined for investigation by the federal authorities having jurisdiction over the charge. Federal Election Commission, the DOJ, and FBI among others having declined to prosecute Trump due to lack of evidence of any violation of the law, so now the DA is bringing up state charges. This is an abuse of our judicial system, a two-tiered justice system that is unconstitutional and corrupt.

2. Why are you saying that “they’re arresting the wrong president”? What charges do you believe Biden should be given?

There is ample evidence as reported by Fox News and the Mainstream media of million dollar payments to the Biden’s by the Communist Chinese Party (CCP) for ‘services.’ This is still being investigated in terms of what services, what role the classified documents scandal of the Biden Administration played, if any, and the CCP’s impact on America’s financial and economic conditions through the SVB banking scandal and the CCP’s deposits therein. 

3. You believe that there’s a lack of balance between what’s happening with Trump and what’s happening with Biden?

The political indictment and harassment to eliminate a top candidate for the 2024 presidential election by an opposing political party is preposterous, but if that is the course chosen by Democratic leadership. They are proposing to arrest the wrong President. Where are the indictments for the unlawful acts by Joe Biden and his administration?

4. You noted how this matter could actually affect police officers, especially with what’s happening with heightened criminal activity across the United States. How so?

This unconstitutional course of action will fall on the shoulders of law enforcement officers to make the arrest of a U.S. President at the worst time in history for our law enforcement, who have been demoralized, defunded, with record low morale and high levels of suicide. How could any police officer arrest a U.S. President while ignoring the crimes of BLM, ANTIFA, and other terrorist organizations, arguably including the Biden-ized, weaponized Justice Department? No red-blooded American citizen wants to watch a two-tiered, corrupt, politicized justice system destroy our constitution and freedoms, nor should they.

5. What do you believe police officers should do if they’re officially given an arrest order Tuesday?

I am challenging all law enforcement officers across America to refuse to comply with orders to arrest President Trump.

6. And if someone asked you why they should deny said arrest order, what would your response be?

The very soul and future of our country hangs in the balance. Placing a national scourge on the shoulders of law enforcement officers at a time like this because of a weaponized political vendetta, that they can’t even get the jurisdiction question right is an outrage and disgrace. Yes, no one is above the law and everyone needs to be held accountable, starting now with protecting our law enforcement officers nationwide, and not subjecting them to being political pawns for an unconstitutional, political vendetta.

7. What would you say to your fellow police officers surrounding this particular matter?

We must stand with our brothers and sisters in blue and protect those who protect us. We must neither demonize nor politicalize them.
