Police Retake Columbia Building, Crack Down on Several Other Campuses

Americans awoke to a slightly better country as police moved in on several campuses where antisemites have taken over, including Columbia University. At Columbia, NYPD officers stormed Hamilton Hall, the building taken over by anti-Israel protestors, and removed and arrested those who had barricaded themselves inside.

At UCLA, police arrived in riot gear to gain control of the campus after a series of skirmishes between protesters and counter protesters.

At the University of Arizona, police deployed what they called “chemical irritant munitions” and began making arrests.

Joining us now to discuss the latest news is Police officer Michael Letts of InVest USA, a charity that provides bulletproof vests to police and other first responders.  With decades of law enforcement experience, he has seen it all.

Michael, welcome to the program.

Q&A:

1. It seems the police are cracking down nationwide. What have you heard? What are police doing on various campuses?

2. Why now? Why did it take so long?

3. Are we nearing the end of the nonsense? Or will the antisemitic protests continue?

4. Do you believe there will be repercussions for the students involved? Or will all be forgiven?

5. How much of this is coming from non-student, outside sources?

6. Would you have handled this differently? Quicker?

7. You’re the creator of InVest USA, an organization that provides bulletproof vests to police officers through various charitable groups and sponsorships. Tell us more about that, and why support for fellow officers is so important right now.

8. Where can we learn more about InVest USA, and how those interested can help their fellow officers.

9. You can visit our official InVest USA website, and learn more on the official Invest USA Twitter account. You can also learn about my new initiative at RestoringJustice.US, where we discuss lawful issues surrounding citizens of the United States.
