While most of them were able to post bond and return to their families, one defendant \u2013 Harrison Floyd \u2013 was not.<\/p><p>The Black Voices for Trump leader is currently being held at the Fulton County Jail, and has been denied bond by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Emily Richardson. She believes that, despite the fact that Floyd had turned himself in willingly on charges, he posed a \u201cflight risk\u201d and could \u201ccommit additional criminal felonies\u201d if released.<\/p><p>Floyd\u2019s charges including violating Georgia\u2019s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, as well as influencing a witness and conspiracy to commit solicitation of false statements. That said, neither Richardson \u2013 nor fellow Georgia Judge Scott McAfee \u2013 provided any additional reasoning for Floyd\u2019s bond denial.<\/p><p>Is this a problem with Georgia\u2019s legal system, or perhaps something that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp needs to address?
